This section presents a brief 'step-through' of PressureViewExpress and aims to demonstrate the key features of the software.
The software offers comprehensive conversions
for all pressure, pressure gradient, density and depth units and therefore it is Ideal for both drillers and geologists to use.
PressureViewExpress offers ease of loading straight from external spreadsheets and has the capacity for up to 64 wells.
Loading is achieved either from file or simply by 'cut-and-paste' from external spread sheets.

The PressureView Express software operates using multiple spreadsheets (listed below) that allow the defining of hydrostatic and lithostatic lines, depth, pressure gradient and conversion to different units.
- Header Sheet - Containing Well Header Data
- Input Sheet - Containing Input data, such as Depth, Pressure Gradient or Density data
- Drilling Sheet - Containing Mud Weight and Casing Data (example screen-shot below)
- Plot Lines Sheet - Containing data that represent a variety of plot lines such as Hydrostatic or Lithostatic
- Output Sheet - Contains the data from the Input Sheet, converted into the Chart Output units
- Worksheet1 Sheet - A scratch worksheet for user calculations

The software contains a Tutorial dataset of fifteen wells and accompanying help files. Data from the Tutorial is displayed in the above examples.
